Paul Adam is a British A&R consultant who has worked for some of the biggest record labels – Island Records, Poyldor Records, and Mercury Records.
To add to that, the leading music industry figure has also worked with two music publishing companies, three booking agencies, a radio company and Spotify – this session will offer up a great insight into how the music industry has changed over the last 25 years.

Paul started his career as a live agent at International Talent Booking, working for legendary ‘agent to the stars’, Barry Dickins. He then went to work for Polydor Records in A&R signing some major artists including Ian Brown, Cast, Shed 7, Busted, McFly and Amy MacDonald.
Paul appeared on the original Popstars and went onto work at Global Music as Director of A&R, followed by over three years at Spotify as Head of Writers. He currently works at Island Records as an A&R consultant.
